I haven't exercised in a while - or I have injuries - is that ok?

Yes! The exercises are tailored to your needs and level of fitness. Of course, if you have injuries, make sure that your medical team has given you the okay to exercise.

How often do I need to do this?

Twice a week is most effective, but you can achieve good results coming in once a week.

Is there anything I can do at home between sessions?

Yes, I will give you suggestions for simple exercises you can do on your own - no equipment needed!

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely.

Is there a place to change clothes?

Yes.
